    worst customer service....the guy always be there day time really rude..they need to learn how to treat and talk to customers ..

    Possibly the worst customer service in history and massive exposure to potentially fatal fault in the pumps. The auto-stop function on the pump, when car tank is full, didn't work and ended up with at least a litre of petrol on the vehicle, myself and surrounds. Staff member offered a tap or paper towel to clean myself up. He then continues to serve clients. WTH!!? obviously the risk of a major fire didn't concern him. Considering calling the fire department to ensure no innocent members are seriously burnt or killed.

    got charged credit card surcharge on my debit card.. wasnt told about it and there was no counter signage anywhere.. complained to Caltex, they told me i was wrong, and then got sent some dodgy pictures of some new looking signs.. bad practice, i would avoid..
